The presentation was on safe isolation…
The presentation was on safe isolation and our instructor was Steve whiting. The presentation he delivered was really was really easy for me to understand and he always kept us focused on the presentation by interacting with us and making sure we all understood what was going on and what we was talking about

Trainer issue
I'll start by saying this review is not aimed at HSS training as i've completed several courses via their training centres and have always been good. However on this occasion this course has been the complete opposite of previous experiences. This was mainly down to the trainer, leading the course. She had no control over the attendees and the first 2 hours of the course was total chaos and took that long to complete registration, she then decided to monologue about her family for 20 minutes. So by 1030 no course material has been taught at all. The remainder of the day was not much better as she then proceeded to fly through the course material skipping through as fast as possible as she was trying to play catch up due to her ineptness earlier in the day. In over 30 years of attending health and safety courses i can quite easily say this was by far the worst i have ever done and i can say with great confidence that should i see that the same trainer is on any future course i will be cancelling and booking elsewhere. TLDR- HSS great , trainer garbage !!
