Order #1000152530 Saturday delivery for an expensive tissot watch for my son's birthday ? Guess what. Its Monday, DPD still doesnt have it. For this price its unacceptable. Service zero, they didnt reply to two of my emails. Its basically a scam for me. I would not use them.

Very well I really like my watch

When the watch arrived the strap hadn't been altered to my given wrist measurement. It was huge. I returned it free of charge, on receiving it back it was still too large. I contacted you and was told to return it yet again but I'd have to pay the secure postage even though it hadn't been made the correct size which wasn't my fault. I said I'd have a refund as the starburst dial made it difficult to see where the hands were, when in the sunlight. (I have an eye problem). However I have now decided to keep it and as I wasn't sure if I needed another 2 links removed or only 1 to save keep returning it and paying postage, I took it to a jewellers and she made sure I had the best fit by removing more links. Cost me £5 instead of keep sending it to and fro until you made it the right size.

I am pleased with Seconda watch. Looking attractive.
