A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

Neil and the whole team were…

Neil and the whole team were exceptionally professional from our first meeting. They were always available and honest in our discussions and although it was a lengthy process they brought about a successful conclusion. I would have no doubts in recommending them or using them again if the need arose.

From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

House purchase.

Fabulous

House Fox was the agent for the house I was purchasing and I only wish I had them for the sale of my house, far superior service than my own agent. If I ever sell in the future House Fox would be my first choice. Neil was so lovely, the whole team were great, always returned my calls, kept me updated and worked really hard to get to exchange of contracts. Would highly recommend.

Purchased through House Fox; good experience.

Tim showed us around 2 properties, 1 of which we've just successfully purchased and moved into. Tim gave realistic reviews of the properties that considered what we were looking for, which really helped us. Neil & Debbie were great at keeping us updated throughout the process. The purchase itself went smoothly which was in part thanks to the House Fox team being on the ball.

Locally based, realistic, hard-working. What is there not to like?

I was initially slightly nervous to sign up with an Internet based agent. However, I am very happy that I did. Neil, Debbie and the rest of the team have been great. They have good inter-personal skills, there is no bullsh*t , unrealistic promises or pushyness. Neil has good local knowledge and connections; he is based in Worle, and he accompanied all the viewings. There were numerous viewings and I accepted an offer within a week. It did take then some time to complete but Neil stayed with me all the way through to the end. I much prefer to support a local small business, rather than some anonymous behemoth. Being locally based is a real bonus as most internet agents are located many miles away and how they are going to accompany viewings is a mystery. The presentation of the house in the particulars and on the website was excellent, the photos especially so. The valuation was generous. but I actually achieved very close to the asking price. Of course the big draw was the saving on commission which was probably in the order of £2500, which is not to be sniffed at. I cannot complain about Neil’s fee which I think was very reasonable for the work involved. Estate agents do not have a good reputation but in reality they do work very hard and Neil is certainly a hard worker and deserves to succeed. So I am more than happy to warmly recommend Neil and Housefox and I think this model of estate agency is the way forward

Neil and his team are first class....

Neil and his team are first class. Honest evaluation, excellent client relations and achieved a good figure as our middleman. If there is a criticism it is that as a small and new Company, he can not be in two places at once and some call backs were missed. However would we use again and recommend - without question.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent! We recently sold our house and purchased a new one through House Fox and I would highly recommend them (and in fact have already) to anyone. Our house had been on the market with two competitors previously with not much luck and Neil came over, we agreed a target price, The house was presented superbly in its adverts and we had an offer of our target and sold within 5 days of going live. Brilliant service and levels of communication throughout. A massive thank you to Neil, Tim and the rest of the team.
