I was shocked at the great prices on the Hola website. Fully inclusive and £500 less than other rental companies I looked at. The process was simple and fast. If the vehicle collection and condition of the car is as good then Hola is a true 5 star service. The customer service I have received so far from Cardeth Natalia Zapata is fantastic she sorted out my questions fast and professionally.

Our first time using Hola,but we were pleasantly surprised,great selection, great prices and very helpful staff ( Sebastian) we would highly recommend this company.

In terms of booking, I’ve been shopping around on the usual websites and tracking prices. I wanted a big’ish car for our 17 day round trip from Vegas to Yellowstone and I couldn’t find this class of car cheaper anywhere else. I also wanted to use a known hire company and it is with Hertz. I would give 5 stars but we haven’t collected the car.

I had a lot of question before i booked about insurance cover, pick up and drop off locations in usa and hiring a car in the usa on a uk driving licence and how hola could offer such good prices and work with recognised companies like Avis etc. I did a live chat with Sebastian Espindola, Sales Manager at Hola Car Rentals and he answered all my questions with care and patience..I went ahead and booked the car...thx

Hola's prices and terms are attractive and competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The only issue I found was that the confirmation email they send out for use with the booking is overly long and complicated hence they need to produce a simplified printer friendly version to take with you to the rental company.

I'm very happy with the level of honesty and accuracy with the rental services. Be aware rates were not for US or Canadian license drivers sometimes. Happy with my vehicle.

Ojo! El precio de venta dice que incluye seguro obligatorio pero al llegar Hertz nos cobró USD 386 adicionales. Cuando al regresar comento esto se desligan del tema diciendo que el empleado de Hertz mintió y que ese seguro (Liability Insurance) no es obligatorio y solo me brindan un telefono para que siga el reclamo por mi cuenta con Hertz.
