Von der Autovermietung vor Ort wurden uns, für uns unverständlich, noch einmal ein hoher Betrag für zusätzliche Versicherungen von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, anders als in der Auftragsbestätigung festgehalten. Um dieses Problem hat sich Hola Car Rentals anschliessend gekümmert, sich für uns eingesetzt, so dass wir den Betrag zeitnah zurückerstattet bekommen haben. Über WhatsApp hat dies wunderbar funktioniert.

Really easy site for comparing different rental companys and different car types. Found just the car we wanted at an extremley good price for a one way journey along the west coast of the USA. Lots of little extras were included in the price. I would definitely use Hola again.
