Great website, easy to navigate en great price!

Went to pick our car up at the parking lot, wasn’t quite right, but was changed very quickly… process was very smooth, car was great, no issues whatsoever and returning the car was seamless. Would definitely recommend and no hidden charges!

The worst car hire experience we’ve ever had! We will never use them again. The booking we had appeared to work as a voucher system with Hertz. We were charged the additional fee to make it up to their rental price. Whilst only $6, this shouldn’t have been the case. They also argued that it was only for their basic package and that it didn’t cover us for the things that Hola stated. I showed them the booking email but it made no difference. Thankfully we didn’t breakdown so didn’t have to argue about fees but it did cause us some anxiety throughout the trip. We contacted Hola whilst we were there but they said that we couldn’t raise it as an issue until after our trip. Also, the cars offered were much smaller than we had booked. There was only one in the parking lot that we could just about manage to squeeze our suitcases in. The car was in a poor state. The boot was covered in white dog hair and the backseats were covered in spilt soda. We also discovered that one of the rear doors couldn’t be opened from the inside (the child lock was NOT on), at times it wouldn’t open from the outside either. This is a major safety concern. We were told that the hire agreement was for full to full but as we drove away we realised it was roughly 100 miles short. We had no choice but to return it with a full tank otherwise we’d had faced ridiculous charges. We had been travelling for 24hrs and needed car rental to be easy but it wasn’t and the state of the cars was appalling.

Very easy to find the car I wanted at a good price and I appreciate all the extra benefits that Hola provide.

Hola car rentals are great. The app is so easy to use. I saved at least 45% compared to booking direct plus you get loads of extras for free. Customer service is five star.

Very easy process in booking a car for my holiday to the USA. I found Hola a lot cheaper than other comparison companies out there. Hola are basically like Trivago but for car hire, they search for the best deal available in my case it was with Alamo. I received my confirmation from Alamo and look forward to my trip next month.
