Fantastic experience buying my car from HML Motors for a small/medium independent dealer they are very professional. From viewing the car through to taking delivery was an extremely good experience. Well, where do I start? Right. Found a car on AutoTrader. Contacted via AutoTrader Live Chat. Asked lots of questions I had about the car I was looking into. All my questions were answered to the detail. Also arranged to view with a test drive. HML Motors had no issue with it! Believe me, other dealers (even official ones) have issues! In example either they don't respond/come back, decline viewings or ask money/deposit for a test drive. But not these guys! On the day of viewing was greeted by the companies employee Osmin! The car was already ready for me. So I started inspecting/viewing everything I wanted. After that, I have asked for a test drive it. Osmin was quick to arrange that. After the drive, I have asked to view all documents and service logs. He gladly invited me inside the office. Inside he offered me a selection of warm and cold beverages as well as biscuits. We have discussed options, warranty and next steps for the car I wanted and agreed on the deal. I was more than happy to buy the car. Especially after getting such a pleasant service! Every other dealer should take note! Unfortunately wasn't able to meet the other owner (Eddie) as he had his private matters to settle, but managed to chat with him over the phone during the deal. On the other side note don't get discouraged by the location or surrounding area as it doesn't look great. Cars they are selling definitely go through thorough checks! I could write more good things about them, but lets end here as my experience with them was fantastic so far. I wish them good luck with growing this 5-star business and hopefully deal with them again in the future!

HML motors are an exceptional car dealers. The car I bought was immaculately presented upon my first inspection. The company were very thorough in everything they did. I would definitely recommend the company

VW Golf R By Kyle S | 18 Feb 2019 After seeing the Golf R advertised on Auto Trader with all the specs I wanted I knew i had to have it! I initially phoned Eddie and told him my situation and he couldn't have been more helpful and honest throughout the process. I left a deposit on the car with all my trust in Eddie and how he had described it to me. Everything was spot on! Very professional and also very helpful in collecting me from the train station and trusting in the payment as I had to make a second bank transfer the following day once I had taken the car away. Top service and top bloke.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I was searching for a new car and came across HML MOTORS. I filled out the finance application and I was surprised how quick I received a response. I was dealt by a gentlemen Eddie who was honest and answered all my questions, Best part was he managed to bring my monthly cost down which was a bonus :-). I got picked up by a nice chap Osman from train station who drove me to the dealership. So happy with my purchase would highly recommend to friends and family. Have great selection of quality cars. Recently purchased a vxr from these guys never know guys like these before i rang up spoke to Eddie got all the information from him he couldn’t do enough for me,him & os have sold me a showroom car which I’m getting people asking me where I purchased it from so I told them & also mentioned where ever you are in the country it’s well worth the drive the cars on the web site are even better when you see um on the sale pitch the buying experience took no time at all professionals in the car industry they sell a wide range of cars & trust me when I walked onto the fore court I knew I wasn’t buying rubbish I was actually picking my next car quality motors with rac approval all I can say is forget the rest buy from the best

Friendly owners - team of two brothers. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Price negotiation unsuccessful as they don’t reduce their price. They said that’s because they price their cars low already to avoid the hassle. We double checked and confirmed the price was already competitive so was happy. Overall a very good experience.

Superb professional and informative service from Osman and Eddie. On hand to see me as soon as I’d seen the car advertised on AutoTrader and told them I was coming over. The process was so easy and quick, all my questions answered quickly and comprehensively. Couldn’t recommend their service enough. The car is an absolute dream and the amount of extras that are included surpasses anywhere else I’ve been to view cars - fresh valet on the day of pick up, helped with the taxing and plenty of options for finance. Osman knew all about the car during the test drive and answered any questions and talked about alternatives too. Quick turnaround and no hassle, couldn’t be more impressed with the service. First time I’ve bought away from a main dealership, and I would recommend to everyone.
