Well, where do I start? Right. Found a car on AutoTrader. Contacted via AutoTrader Live Chat. Asked lots of questions I had about the car I was looking into. All my questions were answered to the detail. Also arranged to view with a test drive. HML Motors had no issue with it! Believe me, other dealers (even official ones) have issues! In example either they don't respond/come back, decline viewings or ask money/deposit for a test drive. But not these guys! On the day of viewing was greeted by the companies employee Osmin! The car was already ready for me. So I started inspecting/viewing everything I wanted. After that, I have asked for a test drive it. Osmin was quick to arrange that. After the drive, I have asked to view all documents and service logs. He gladly invited me inside the office. Inside he offered me a selection of warm and cold beverages as well as biscuits. We have discussed options, warranty and next steps for the car I wanted and agreed on the deal. I was more than happy to buy the car. Especially after getting such a pleasant service! Every other dealer should take note! Unfortunately wasn't able to meet the other owner (Eddie) as he had his private matters to settle, but managed to chat with him over the phone during the deal. On the other side note don't get discouraged by the location or surrounding area as it doesn't look great. Cars they are selling definitely go through thorough checks! I could write more good things about them, but lets end here as my experience with them was fantastic so far. I wish them good luck with growing this 5-star business and hopefully deal with them again in the future!
