Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Hitchcock. I paid £37.50 for 3 oil filter kits for my Royal Enfield Classic 350. Shipping cost to Italy is £40.51 for an almost weightless packet (only orings inside). They probably forgot to declare the actual value of the goods, because I had to pay €39.51 (ca. £35) for VAT and import duties. Final cost £113.00. Never again!
As always an excellent experience. Ordered a couple of bits, engine bars and screen for my classic 350.Long engine bolt supplied with the engine bars had a duff thread, but after emailing with Will, he got a replacement bolt sent straight out to me. Used many times in the past and always a reliable service.
I've been using Hitchcocks since buying a new Interceptor 3 years ago. The range of Enfield parts is outstanding. My orders are always efficiently processed and I usually receive the order next day. The online parts books are a god send.
