Hilton Tokyo Reviews

Staff are multilingual and experienced with international business travelers. The time zone-friendly room service and 24-hour business center were lifesavers during my week-long stay. Translation services were arranged quickly when needed.

Convenient location for business meetings in Shinjuku area. The meeting rooms are well-equipped but could use some updating. WiFi is fast and reliable throughout the hotel. Room service was prompt during my three-day stay.

While the hotel rooms are comfortable, the business center was disappointing. Limited hours, outdated computers, and slow printers made it difficult to prepare for important presentations. The meeting room we booked had poor lighting and uncomfortable chairs. Expected more from a Hilton property.

Service quality is good and facilities are modern. However, the pricing for meeting rooms and business services feels steep compared to other hotels in the area. The location premium is understandable but still hard to justify for budget-conscious companies.

The hotel meets basic business needs but doesn't exceed expectations. Meeting rooms are functional but nothing special. Internet speed is adequate but not exceptional. Service is polite but sometimes slow during busy periods.

Hosted our annual company meeting here and everything went smoothly. The event planning team was professional and attentive to details. Catering quality was excellent and the AV equipment worked flawlessly.

The hotel itself is nice and the location is perfect for accessing Tokyo's business districts. However, the business center hours are limited and some equipment was out of order during my stay. The conference rooms are spacious but the booking process was confusing. Staff English proficiency varies significantly.

From check-in to check-out, everything was handled professionally. The business concierge helped arrange transportation and restaurant reservations. Fast elevators and efficient staff made moving between meetings effortless.

The business center at Hilton Tokyo is top-notch with modern equipment and reliable internet. Staff were incredibly helpful in arranging last-minute conference room bookings. The executive lounge provides a quiet space to work between meetings. Only minor complaint is that printing costs are quite high.

Reliable WiFi, comfortable workspaces in rooms, and helpful front desk staff. The hotel shuttle to nearby business districts is convenient. Room service menu has good variety for working late nights. Only issue was some noise from construction nearby during morning hours.

Clean rooms, good internet, helpful concierge. Everything you need for a business trip.

The executive floor access made my business trip much more productive. Complimentary breakfast was high quality and the evening cocktail reception was a nice touch. Meeting rooms have excellent city views which impressed our clients. Highly recommend for business travelers.
