Adjustment
I'm adjusting to my new sandles. My first impression is that they aren't very comfortable. I guess I thought there would be more of a cushion on the sole of the shoe.

The confusing website
The confusing website sent me one shipment but billed me twice. I called three times with long hold times (over an hour) to no avail. I received a different excuse each time. I finally called my credit card company in order to be credited. What a hassle!!!

Great shoes
Great shoes. I got two pairs tennis shoes & boots. Love them. Not only are they comfy, but they are cute. Haven’t tried the boots, but I’m sure they will work out too. Great customer service.

Shoes have not arrived!!!
I had purchased 2 and got a pair free onMay 5th. I chose thoption to pay in installments. I kept looking for confirmation emails but never received any. I don't even know what the order # is. I have tried to call the manufacturer numerous as times and still have not talked to anyone. I LOVE these shoes but they have seriously "DROPPED THE BALL!!!!) on this order!

not what i thought
the color and style are good but i was not prepared for how low the sole of the shoe actual is. i am a nurse and so i work 12 hour shifts. i got these thinking my feet would be comfortable all day but that did not happen. the soles are so thin and provide very little support my feet were hurting just 4 hours into my shift. i wore them around my house to "break them in" but still i cannot wear these for a full shift. now i just wear them around my house kinda like houseshoes.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Their sandals stink like tires. I have been trying to return them since I got them. 4 emails and a chat later, I still don’t know how to return them. They say free returns up to 30 days. I feel like they are going to shine me on until it’s too late. I have purchased 2 pair of shoes and been satisfied. Of course, I wasn’t trying to return them. Don’t buy their sandals. They stink, and so does their customer service. I won’t be buying from then again. For the sandals, it’s like I just threw my money away.

I love your shoes
I love your shoes! I will never buy another brand of tennis shoe having worn different pair pairs of yours. I also bought your hiking boots and we’ll get to use them on my upcoming cruise and I can’t wait. The tow box on these shoes makes a world a difference.
