I was not able to log back into my…
I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

Comprehensive however some parts felt a bit like covering old ground and it was very time consuming. That may have been exacerbated by the fact that we had 8 courses to do and some information was given in multiple courses. Would be great if they could cross reference information in new courses with what has already been done in other courses and skipped it in new courses

Great Training
Very easy to follow, clear speaking voice, all information that I needed was included in the training. Could download certificate on the day however the certificate arrived very quickly through the post. Will definitely use this High speed again
