I was not able to log back into my…
I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.

I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

I was quite cynical about this training…
I was quite cynical about this training (DSE) but I was surprised by the excellent quality of the content, presentation and user interface. I have put in to practice many recommendations of the training and have already noticed an improvement. I am a convert and will look to see what else they offer.

Overall, excellent learning experience.
I have recently completed several courses with you in my new job. I found the courses easy to access and follow, and I liked that I was able to leave at any time to complete urgent tasks at work, then log back in to where I left off. The only issues I had were in the assessment sections. Despite being multiple choice, on one assessment all given options were incorrect. I reported this and by the time I had logged back in it had been sorted. On other assessments I found that some questions had very ambiguous options.

Fire Warden Training Review
Sent to this site by work for Fire Warden Training. This was a renewal. The last time was face to face, which frankly was more informative and a lot more fun. However, the online course was fine and did the job well enough. The read along feature was very good and I'd not seen that elsewhere. The course did struggle a little (as all online courses do) with being ridgid and liniar, but it wasn't very long and is well done.
