I’m very happy with the Higgsfield program despite some minor shortcomings. The only thing that disappointed me was that I was part of the Higgsfield Creator Program for a month and achieved great results in terms of views during that time, but unfortunately it wasn’t extended. purchased the Ultimate annual plan from Higgsfield.ai on 22 January 2026, expecting a professional AI content generation service. From the beginning, I ran into major issues: The platform only allows one image at a time with constant concurrency limits, even on the highest-tier plan. Image generation is very slow and impractical for real work. I requested a refund immediately within the cooling-off period, which was refused. I then asked to downgrade to a monthly plan since the service wasn’t meeting my needs — this was also refused due to “technical limitations.” Support repeatedly said I would be connected with a human agent, but I never received a meaningful response or solution. I tried multiple times to resolve this directly, but was unable to get support or a refund, despite being within the refund period. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially for a paid subscription. I hope the team addresses these issues and improves support and clarity for future users. Overall: I cannot recommend Higgsfield.ai based on my experience.

Mixed Media is a great feature, but it consumes too many credits (I feel Mixed Media is an excellent feature of Higgsfield because it can hide generation flaws!). 【Features I Want Added】 A feature that can hide flaws in generated videos, for example, something like an animated stamp .gif, would be best!!!! 【Concerns】 It’s very unpleasant that remaining credits are completely reset. With AI performance and API services evolving almost monthly from various manufacturers, committing to an annual contract with just the Higgsfield API feels risky (including the risk of service termination). 【Diminished Appeal】 The only unlimited usage currently available is Hailuo 2.3 Fast; compared to when Sora2 could be used unlimitedly, it feels disappointing. Also, during the Sora2 unlimited usage campaign, the high error rate in generation was very stressful. 【Likes】 - Can use a wide range of generative AI. - Able to use generative AI from manufacturers outside the U.S. - Unlimited image generation with Google nano banana (though only for certain plans). - The website UI is stylish and uplifting. - Frequent campaigns.
