purchased the Ultimate annual plan from Higgsfield.ai on 22 January 2026, expecting a professional AI content generation service. From the beginning, I ran into major issues: The platform only allows one image at a time with constant concurrency limits, even on the highest-tier plan. Image generation is very slow and impractical for real work. I requested a refund immediately within the cooling-off period, which was refused. I then asked to downgrade to a monthly plan since the service wasn’t meeting my needs — this was also refused due to “technical limitations.” Support repeatedly said I would be connected with a human agent, but I never received a meaningful response or solution. I tried multiple times to resolve this directly, but was unable to get support or a refund, despite being within the refund period. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially for a paid subscription. I hope the team addresses these issues and improves support and clarity for future users. Overall: I cannot recommend Higgsfield.ai based on my experience.
