Henry Archer Watch Reviews

Outstanding service from start to finish. They took great care of my grandfather's pocket watch and it looks amazing now. The team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Great work on my vintage timepiece restoration. The team clearly knows what they're doing and communicated well throughout the process. Only downside is the cost - definitely not budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Had my watch serviced here and was impressed with how fast they completed the work. Quality seems good so far after a few weeks of wear.

The Henry Archer team delivered exactly what they promised. The watch repair was completed ahead of schedule and the quality is outstanding. Their attention to detail really shows in the final product. Pricing was fair for the level of expertise provided.

Service was okay but nothing special. Watch repair was done correctly but felt like just another transaction. Would probably shop around next time for better customer engagement.

The technical work was solid and my watch runs perfectly now. However, customer service could be improved - felt a bit rushed during the consultation and had to follow up multiple times for updates.

Impressed by their meticulous approach to watch servicing. They caught several issues I wasn't even aware of and fixed everything properly. Communication throughout was excellent and they stand behind their work.

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to luxury watches. They explained everything clearly and the repair work is flawless. Would definitely recommend for high-end timepiece services. The only minor complaint is the wait time was longer than initially quoted.

Third time using Henry Archer for watch maintenance and they've been consistent each time. Fair pricing and honest about what needs to be done versus what's optional. Solid choice for regular servicing.

Brought in a badly damaged vintage watch and they worked miracles. The restoration exceeded my expectations and now it runs like new. Worth every penny for the craftsmanship involved.

While the technical work was competent, I had issues with communication and felt the pricing wasn't clearly explained upfront. Had to return once for an adjustment that should have been caught initially.

Decent service overall. Watch works fine after the repair but I expected a bit more attention to detail for the price point. Staff was friendly enough though.
