I had the most amazing care and support from the guys at your 237 West Street branch in Bedminster, Bristol when I recently took my car for its MOT on 29/05/25. Sean was amazingly helpful booking my car in - then ringing to advise me that he could bring the date forward (I’d accidentally allowed my MOT to expire) and then when I arrived I had somehow got the wrong time - I was an hour late 😩 - so then Sean said he’d see what he could do and then Alan stepped in and said he’d do my MOT in his lunch-break! I also spoke to a lovely guy called Matt and between them they managed to turn a potential nightmare (having to rebook the MOT then wait a couple of weeks unable to use my car), into a very lovely encounter. I would like to thank all of them for their amazing kindness and good-humour in the situation I found myself in - those guys are diamonds and you are lucky to have them working for you. I just wish it was easier to work out how to write a review - I expected to be emailed something that I just clicked on to do the review but instead I had to do a Google search! I was given a sheet of paper saying I’d be sent an email for feedback - but as far as I can see nothing has come through so please, make sure this happens as I really want to thank your guys for going the extra mile and way beyond my expectations in every way.
