Halfords Online Website After trying MULTIPLE times to try and make payment for x4 tires fitted on their website (multiple attempts across multiple days across all the different payment methods possible) I've just given up at this point. Nothing I do will allow me to make payment on their website. Worse still, I had some gift cards lying around which, on every failed attempt to make payment get used up! Even though I've not been able to successfully make a payment Halfords still decide to drain my E-Gift balance! Honestly you cannot make this up! It's a shame it's come to this but after this awful experience I will avoid buying anything from Halford's website itself.

I had only called in to purchase some coolant for my Mini, yet as I was putting the coolant in the car, whilst still in the car park of Halfords, I dropped the cap off the coolant bottle into the engine bay, now I had a look but it was o Nowhere to be seen and being a driver of only 18 months so far, I was clueless as to what to do. I saw the Halfords team stood at the front and I went over and asked for their help, 3 of them came straight over and did everything they could think of to find and retrieve the said coolant lid, of which after about 40 minutes, and alot of crawling under the car, they found it. I just want to say as a new female driver, who was stressed and anxious, Thankyou Halfords team. You are true gentlemen and I truly appreciate your help. 5 ⭐️.

So I didn't catch his name but your main bike man at your Cambridge newmarket rd store was amazing again. He sorted out my bike seat and fitted it for me in about 30 secs ! Then checked i brought the correct inner tube. Dealt with him before so think he needs recognition as I would be the first to complain if I had poor customer service. He ensures I go back to halfords
TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service
Have had numerous bike puncture repairs done by Halfords over a couple of stores so far this year for repeated punctures on my rear tyre. Every time I am assured nothing is wrong with my wheel, tyre or any obvious reason for the repeated punctures. Twice it has punctured within 30 minutes of repair. After taking my bike to an independent shop, they found the problem within 60 seconds - a badly worn tyre that should have been spotted immediately by any competent tech. To make matters worse, to get anything useful out of Halfords centrally has been a nightmare. Will never deal with them again and I cannot recommend against using them strongly enough. Take your bike to an independent shop and skip Halfords every time.
