Pontefract, West Yorkshire shop. Went in today looking at bikes. (My grandson just had his thieved) one staff on serving a woman. Thought I’d leave and come back. 40 minutes later same person talking to same woman. Ignored again I walked out. Looks like Halfords didn’t want my 500 quid. Any response Halfords ?

Ordered on line, a camping travel plug power cable, best price on internet. Stated 3 - 5 days delivery (free delivery also as over £40.00), arrived literally 18 hours later......18 hours!!!! Brilliant all round. highly recommended to everybody.

Mis sold their ‘motoring club’ service, and now I have to pay to cancel. Was told to use as a pay as you to service, claims in the store ‘it works out cheaper than paying the fitting charge’ and no outline of the contract you are signing up to! Oh, and, call head office to make the farce of a payment and the systems are down, so instead we’ll hand you round the full call centre! Genuinely awful service. You are categorically being ripped off- no wonder their scores are so low!

Purchased some bungee chords a year or so ago.Been very happy with them. Purchased another set this week, same colour, same size. However, product now far inferior to previous. Weaker elastic, less stretch. It seems that Halfords' buyers are looking for cheaper alternatives to sell to the public for the same price but without checking out the quality of the product. Not impressed :-(

I pulled in to Cheltenham Gallagher as the low tyre pressure warning light was activated. Not only was issue resolved but I was also given a 10 point car check for free, which included a screen wash top up. Great service and thanks to Terry, Rosie and Jason.

Did an online purchase for home delivery. Five items ordered only four received. Phoned immediately to be told they will have to investigate and will contact me within 72 working hours (working hours was stressed not just 72 hours) to see what happened. If I had not heard I should call back. TBH this is extremely bad customer service. I have tried using the contact an expert feature to which the agent cut me off. Surely the logical thing to do would be to replace the missing item in good faith. I’m stuck that I cannot return the items as one is missing so the refund would not be what I paid. This is the first time I have used the delivery service and will be the last and will certainly think twice before using their shops

Ordered a car radio online and paid for fitting online only to receive a phonecall to tell me the radio was out of stock and fitting wasn't available in my area, this was after Halfords took the cash of course! Currently waiting on a refund. So it's a big fat 0* from me!

Russell at the Wrexham branch did a great job today replacing my low beam bulbs on a Honda Accord. He showed great skill and determination in getting the tricky job completed. Very impressed with his positive 'can do' attitude.

After having an issue with an order for roof bars we went into the Banbury Halfords store and saw Jaz. He explained why we had an issue as there is two different fixing kits for our type of car. We explained we needed the correct part quickly as we was going on holiday. He ordered the correct part and we paid the extra to get it fitted etc. nothing was too much trouble for him and he made us feel like he cared and understood our situation. His customer service is excellent and we will certainly be going to him if we need help in the future.

Lee the Mobile Technician who came out to me yesterday to repair a puncture Job A961B046606 was very professional and a credit to your company. Phoned me 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way and explained everything when he arrived and also assisted with advice on the tyre in the boot. Did the job efficiently and therefore will be using this service again. Please pass this feedback to Lee the technician. Many thanks David

Got a dashcam for my birthday as a present with price of installation paid for - visited store twice to book in a time slot for installation, the staff members had no way of doing this so wasted two visits and asked to come back another day. Went online, eventually got past the abysmal Bot to speak to an agent who took my info and said I'd be contacted within 48 hours - it is now a week later, no contact, no ability to speak to anyone for an update, left in the dark over something so simple. Poor.

Booked in for a replacement tyre at Leicester Woodgate. No waiting, pleasant and helpful staff, enough to motivate me to write a positive review.

Halfords leicester putney road, awful customer service and zero product knowledge, I don't know who interviewed these people and gave them a job but clearly it was somebody who is as useless as they are

I will never buy Tire from this company now. they changed fitting date because of that I delayed my Mot date.
