Ordered a product, said 10-20 day. Fine. After 20 days, product is still in China. Asked for cancellation they said they don't do that. No I have to pay return cost! This is their response while mocking me: I’m sorry that you have chose the slowest delivery method. If you knew that you needed it fast, you should’ve placed the order for the tracking option. I knew I was going to wait which is fine, but after the promised period is not my fault. Bunch of clowns

zamówiłem skoczek dla dziecka ze stelażem za 270zł, otrzymałem bez stelaża. Wysłałem maila żadnego odzewu. Nie polecam są nieuczciwi i w nosie mają konsumenta, nawet nie raczą udzielić odpowiedzi. Nie ma możliwości skontaktować się telefonicznie.

Habe im Februar 2025 einen Canon Druckkopf bestellt welcher defekt und verschmutzt gelifert wurde. Bei der Bestellung war nicht ersichtlich das er aus Honkong geliefert wird. Wollte das Rükgeberecht in Ansruch nehmen drei Anfragen über die Modalitäten wurden nicht beantwortet. Keine Reaktionen auf 3 E-Mails! Demzufolge gibt es kein 100tägiges Rückgaberecht! Die Kosten (ca. 56 €) werde ich wohl nicht rückerstattet bekommen. Das habe ich bisher bei keiner Bestung erleben müssen.
