Ik heb een strijkplank besteld, ik heb alleen de hoes gehad...verder is er geen contact mogelijk..nering ziek vind ik het, dan kunnen ze nog veel afkijken bij temu echte service.
Producten zijn goed vindbaar maar de navigatie op de website is onhandig ( komt steeds terug op 1e pagina). Prijzen zijn ok, kwaliteit kan ik nog niets over zeggen in afwachting van ontvangst order

Mijn partner heeft hier een product besteld dat niet voldoet aan de verwachting. Product hoeft niet teruggestuurd te worden. Willen hem een voucher geven 125%, daarna 150% of helft aankoopbedrag terug gestort. Op Trustpilot lees ik van andere klanten dat zij gewoon het bedrag teruggestort krijgen. Ik wil ook gewoon het volledige bedrag terug net als die anderen. Wel zo eerlijk. De service blijkt op verschillende maniere toegepast te worden. Ik ben dus zeer ontevreden over deze gang van zaken.

Ich habe eine Krawatte für mein Mann bestellt, 3 Wochen vor sein Geburtstag. Nirgendwo war es ersichtlich, dass die aus Hong Kong kommt. Lieferzeit-5 Wochen. Die kommt also nicht rechtzeitig an und daher brauche ich die auch nicht mehr, da ich jetzt spontan was anderes kaufen muss. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit sowas nicht zu schreiben. Was erhofft sich grandado damit, ausser negative Bewertungen und ausser der Tatsache, dass die Menschen sich gegenseitig warnen,dort zu kaufen?! Hätte ich gewusst, dass das China Ware ist, hätte ich die niemals geholt. Auch 5 Wochen Lieferzeit.... Sorry, aber wenn ich was aus China will, dann kaufe ich über Temu oder Aliexpress deutlich günstiger und ist in allerspätestens 2 Wochen bei mir.
