My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Honest Insights
The i14 mobile sold to Grade had been owned from brand new, purchased two years ago and in immaculate condition as always in a leather case with screen guard. It rarely left the house since used by a 71 year old. Despite clearly stating the PIN code on paperwork and providing it in writing under a plastic protective cover we still received an email asking for it. The lesser rating and much lower price than originally quoted provided by Grade was never indicative of its true condition. Would not use Grade or alternative buyer again.

Avoid! I strongly advise against using this company! I accepted a lower offer for my phone, hoping for a quick transaction, but I ended up waiting over 48 hours and still not received my payment, now without a phone & almost £600 worse off! When I reached out to ask for my concerns to be logged as a complaint, I received no response. As a result, I’m now left without my phone and without the money I was promised. It feels like no one at the company cares or is willing to help resolve this issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs!

Over valuing buying prices
I have sold two devices to these before, they received the device and offered significantly less than the quoted offer. I rejected it and received a counter offer closer to the initial quote, to save hassle I just accepted it. The devices sold were kept in cases with screen protectors since new and had no sign of wear and tear. Only use of the battery etc. Fast forward a few months I have an iPhone 11 to sell, these were the highest quote at around £120. Again, the phone was in pristine cosmetic condition, however it is an older phone so I did expect some movement on the quote.. not to be completely low balled again at £33. Clearly falsely advertising their quoted prices and taking advantage of people who don’t have the time to keep rejecting counter offers. Don’t quote £120 for an old phone and then offer £33, it’s just insulting. Even if they’re £100 above the next quote I will never use these again.
