The i14 mobile sold to Grade had been owned from brand new, purchased two years ago and in immaculate condition as always in a leather case with screen guard. It rarely left the house since used by a 71 year old. Despite clearly stating the PIN code on paperwork and providing it in writing under a plastic protective cover we still received an email asking for it. The lesser rating and much lower price than originally quoted provided by Grade was never indicative of its true condition. Would not use Grade or alternative buyer again.
