My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Overpromise and underdeliver
I was offered £345 for my IMMACULATE phone, once it had been checked they said there were signs of use and scratches to the screen which couldn't be seen or felt?! Offered me £260 which I rejected, they came back asking what I would accept baring in mind the market value of my phone was £280 (so why offer £345?!) They did send my phone though so I can go elsewhere..

Grade Mobile gave the highest quote on a comparison site so decided to go for it. Sent the phone to them the next day and received the quote amount in my bank the day after that. Very quick, reliable and honest. Thank you for the great service, will definitely use again!

Quick turnaround, significantly less money than quoted. Cba to argue. Also in the pre package envelope there was a small piece of faeces that i had to remove before putting my phone in. 3/5 I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive Order id GMB240365
