I found this company on Go compare and I'm glad I did they saved me a lot of money, compared with my existing insurance company

Worst company ever! I had my previous car insured with them and recently got a new brand car and I wanted a quotation as they were my current insurer. They coulld not find my car online so they tried manually however they couldn't do that either without having V5! I have to highlight that yesterday went to compare the market site and the car was found and I had many quotations to choose from. Conclusion, they didn't help, even though the insurance I had was paid for a year, until January 2026, moreover I lost time,money and energy for their incompetence to deal and keep their customers! I would not recommend and will definetely avoid it!

Worst car insurance cancellation fees is 312£ . Shit with their customers and just want to loot them at every point. Be safe be aware of them.

Simple process to sort new insurance customising levels to my requirements was so straightforward which a number of companies don't really offer plus overall price lower than previous insurer who suddenly came up with reduced renewal quote which just made it more sense to move on

it was smooth and easy to buy my quote I can tell it the best price and the provider so much better than what I was getting on website

Great and quick

I’m currently being harassed by goskippy! They have had copies of my driving licence, v5, payslip, bank statement, driving licence record and are now asking for my contract of employment. I’ve sent absolutely everything they’ve asked for so far yet keep finding new things to ask me for with a threat of a £200+ cancellation charge. I’ve had my insurance cancelled once, another notice of 7 days cancellation and am now being asked for contract of employment. I’ve never had such hard work getting car insurance!! I’ve previously been insured with this company 5 years ago and never experience any of this trouble. It’s a disgusting way to treat a returning customer.
