Good coverage of the booklets and spoken well via the trainer Would say the on line course should be only attended by computer literate staff.

Thank you Tom, I’ve just had a five day SMSTS course and as someone who hasn’t been in a classroom for years made me very anxious, Tom Heath was our trainer, he was brilliant, he is so approachable, he took everyone’s abilities into account, people who struggle with anything academic is not an issue, he is so supportive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
