Amazing teacher, helped me a lot due to me being dyslexic but overall i am happy to have learn from tony, also tanya that we had for a week was very helpful as well.

This is the first time I've done training online and dreaded it but paul stott quickly put the group at ease and made it as enjoyable as it can be . He talks not only of work but personal experiences that makes him easy to endear to hopefully weather holds up for next weekend and his gazebo

Instructor Paul Stott encouraged questions and made a constant effort to promote group engagement which made for a more productive and interesting learning environment. Appreciated the regular short breaks and his teaching style, which made what could have been 5 days of PowerPoint a surprisingly enjoyable experience.

Have used gold cross many times, the course was 1st class. Both Instructors Paul Norman and Tom Heath were very good.

Trainer Paul Stott. Accessible and enjoyable course. Completed online but felt good team work and interaction with the trainer was easily facilitated. Paul was great, and delivered the slides well but was also able to answer any questions we had for him. He kept the content engaging, and was able to give us regular breaks to help digest information.

i passed but only with goldcross and there input and drive to push me, i was so far out of my comfort zone but managed it.

I was lucky enough to have Paul Nesto guide my self and 7 others though a 5 day Smsts course last week Paul is a font of all knowledge when it comes to Health and Safety, he is considerate to everyone’s needs and a down to earth guy

Paul Stott was the tutor on our SMSTS refresher, he came across as knowledgeable and very friendly. He made the course more interesting with his stories of events that had happened to him or people he had worked with. This made the course more relevant and helped the information stick in your mind.
