Completed a 2 day SSSTS Course online through Goldcross with Paul Stott a couple days ago. Wasn’t sure about doing an online course but it was easy and flowing experience. Paul made it a fun and relaxed atmosphere yet remained professional throughout. One thing for Paul is that it’s called Lunch not Dinner! Will definitely book a course through Goldcross again, hopefully with Paul.

The trainer was able to maintain the audience engaged by introducing real life stories and on the spot scenario/ quiz. Amount of breaks and distance between them was appropriate to the length and depth of the course.

Just completed my sssts course with Paul Stott at goldcross. From start to finish Paul was engaging, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Shame he supports Man City but what a fantastic learning experience, great guy.

I joined Goldcross to do the SMSTS 2-day refresher course, and Andrew Hallett and Paul Norman were our instructors. Andrew and Paul were very helpful, a lot of patience with everyone in the class.
