I`m afraid one star is for delivery. We requested delivery at the back entrance, due to health and safety we are not supposed to accept some orders at reception, due to stairs. DPD don`t seem to take any notice of the address at the moment as this has happened a few times lately. On that note you would have had 5 stars !!

Placing an order online is so much easier. Looking up previous orders to repeat order has improved: much more user friendly and time efficient. Delivery arrived promptly.

By using a delivery service that does not deliver during school time (we were told the next day between 6pm - 7pm). A next day delivery that was made on Wednesday is now potentially coming on Monday (so not next day)

Items were in stock. Delivery was quick and marked for the appropriate person and department, making delivery for the school's Ops Team to deliver quickly!
