A very quick response, received order the next day

Appreciated being told an item was discontinued, but there was no opportunity for me to request an alternative. The delivery was fast, but items in the box had been knocked around meaning pens were loose all over the box instead of in their packets etc. Update: Contacted by Lauren who was very helpful, and is sending out a suitable alternative!

GLS customer service was a huge help, specifically Emily. We had made a big mistake with our order, human error, and Emily was incredibly helpful. She was able to offer different solutions enabling us to solve the problem that most suited us.

I started ordering the annual stationery for the next academic year and thought i would use the current offers available which would reduce the cost and give the school a bit extra funds to get much needed resources. Putting through a large amount of orders, i didn't see certain stock items, i.e. Pritt Sticks weren't discounted and therefore would affect the amount when ordering. I think if there was a flashing pop up box highlighting that the item is already discounted and there would be no further discounts given, that would help those of us who place orders to calculate and adjust orders accordingly. However, on a positive note, I phoned Customer Services who were friendly and dealt with my query effectively. Thank you.
