Delivery
Carol Wright was very helpful when a delivery didn't arrive next day, she explained that the reason was the weight of the package. When I explained it was urgent she contacted the courier and managed to get them to deliver to us on the day I called. We were very grateful for her help and I felt she went above an beyond, an excellent ambassador for her company.

The fact I had to contact the company…
The fact I had to contact the company to let them know I had ordered 2 lots of items and not 1. Luckily, the other part was delivered the next day but I shouldn't have to check for amendments.
