When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Above and beyond!
I have always been happy with GLS but today I got exceptional service. I had added most of the items for the huge back to school order ready for September but when I went back to add more the basket was empty. Karen and the IT team worked miracles and managed to restore it for me saving me a lot of time and aggravation. Thank you GLS!
