When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Good the delivery service damaged my parcel after phoning customer service they managed to ensure an even faster delivery service and sending of the parcel

Great customer service. I accidentally duplicated an order and although I cancelled it online I was anxious that I had succeeded. Customer Services were quick on the case and gave me the reassurance I needed. Thank you GLS!

Brilliant response to request for help
Brilliant response to request for help. I ordered 2 identical items but one of them was not actually to spec, I phoned the office and they immediately sent out a replacement that was perfect. Would definitely recommend GLS
