I ordered products and money deducted. Then, the customer service called me and told some products are not available. Then I asked for refund for missing products but I did not get the refund.

Ich habe verschiedene indische Lebensmittel bestellt. Die Sachen waren zum Teil unschlagbar günstig. Die Lieferung kam extrem schnell. Die Gläser waren super bruchsicher verpackt. Besser geht es nicht! Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder hier bestellen.

I strongly recommend not to use this website, when placing the order it said transaction declined and order is not confirmed. The money has been debited from my account, there’s no valid phone number or email address mentioned there, they are all fake. I’m repeatedly messaging them on the customer service portal, Instagram etc. to look into the issue n return the money back but no response.
A very good platform to buy Indian groceries in affordable rate at doorstep. Products are well packed and in very good condition. Also, may times package got delivered within 1-2 working days. Thumbs up for service! All the best.!

Many varieties are available but very bad customer service. Some of my orders are delivered too late.
