I booked a gas meter removal and to make sure it could be carried out on the day ot was supposed to be done, I started the process 6 months in advance. We needed to do building work, which was dependent on not having the gas meter. Engineer's visit was confirmed for today between 8am and 12pm and he didn't turn up, neither did i get an explanatory phone call. The offices are now closed for holidays, for another 4 days, so I cant even hope for an earlier solution. This is causing me a huge amount of financial and time loss. Not acceptable.
I am updating the above review, as it would not be just to give an so negative one, when the was an enormous positive too. After I review and also left a message and email for the office, I got email from David, who was still on holiday, but insisted the complaint immediately. Although the engineer was booked for the 1st, he confirmed that de didn't attend but could offer no explanation. David rebooked the appointment for the 5th and this time the engineer did turn up and removed the meter. Throughout this process David has been extremely helpful and informative, going the extras mile, so a huge thanks for that
