Informed of progress from day one advised completely as to what was needed prior to gas meter removal. Stated a date for the removal and the gas engineer phoned when he was on his way. Emailed next day to ask if the works had been completed and if any issues. After enquiring with a few companies 100% made the right choice excellent service and cost. Just wish my utility supplier was half as professional. (Thanks Dave)
