Nice item easy to assemble quick delivery

The Guy’s were really good no problem at all.

Our order was out of stock so waited for more than one month. Then I contacted the company to reschedule the delivery as we were on holiday. Not only they were slow to respond but was not possible to confirm a specific delivery date. Not good customer service so far. We’ll see if the quality of the furniture is good after I received the delivery.

It was difficult to put together. Instructions not very clear small diagrams. You have to make the holes for the magnetic pins and then hammer them in. Our pins broke and we had to be careful not break the mirrors. And make holes and screw in the handles for the flaps. The unit does look nice. But you can't put 3 pairs of shoes in the sections. Bigger shoes only 2 pairs.

Product was excellent & I was kept informed all the way from ordering to the product being delivered,product was well packed & delivered by two delivery people who were very helpful & polite .

Both my wife and I ere 80 so we were very upset to find that the firm who delivered the sofas to us were not allowed to take them out of the boxes in order to get them into our house. So they were just left in our front garden for US to some how get them in. Now NOBODY told us that this would happen and it was only just lucky that our son was able to come and help us (at great cost to himself). IF we had been warned before hand that this would happen, we could have made better arraignments. We would NOT use this firm again.

Communication between FIF and myself regarding my order was excellent. Delivery was on time and the van delivery men were very polite.

Extremely helpful and fast delivery. Product quality is excellent.

Their service is prompt and helpful

I bought a large glass coffee table at £50 less than other retailers. It was exactly as described and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Fast delivery via a 2 man team (table was very heavy) who allowed me to agree to a delivery slot and kept me informed. This was my first purchase from Furniture in Fashion and I was very impressed. Would recommend and will buy from them again. 5 stars.

No problems had to wait until my order was back in stock this did not take long. Great communication kept me updated and delivered quickly when in stock THANKS

Excellent service

Surprised by very prompt delivery. Opened the box and read the instructions. The box was packed from bottom to top. Last thing to lift was the top of the table. Very pleased .. only drawback was the weight of the assembled table. Well pleased.

Excellent service from start to finish

A very quick response to order and received within a few days delivered by very friendly and helpful delivery drivers. My husband put it together over 2 days. Instructions were excellent although he was a bit confused until he eventually realised that it is built upside down. Unit looks fantastic and all my visitors since have absolutely loved it. A great buy from a company with excellent customer service. Well done.

The instructions were useless, there was no labels on anything to say which piece was which, therefore it has taken longer to put together. I must say the delivery men where brilliant and put it in the room of my choice

Cheap quality bar stools, hardly any padding, a very hard seat. I also had to complain because one of the stool bases was badly marked to which I initially was told that this was acceptable? Trying to get me to accept that the scratches were normal, the chrome was a disgrace. I requested a replacement base 3 times, first they offered me £1 then £20 then £40 I refused all offers as I wanted a replacement base. so I contacted trading standards who told me that the stool base was not acceptance and it was classified as faulty. It wasn’t until I informed this company about trading standards that they sent me a replacement. The only good thing I found was the company did respond to my email quickly so that’s a bonus which just about qualifies for the 1 star. However i would just be aware to check the things you buy and don’t be put off by their attitude, peruse the complaint.

Excellent purchase. Arrived during time slot. Absolutely delighted with table. Very good quality. Will definately buy from this company again.

Couldn't be more happy with my new coffee table from F.I.F , especially as it was in there sale so that was a bonus as well. 😁
