I am sorry to write that we made a massive mistake ordering 2 x Hertford Chesterfield style sofas from this company . The service was pretty good and delivery was swift however that is where it ends. The sofas arrived in good condition and because we had just moved we discarded the packaging . This unfortunately was a mistake as we found the sofas to be the worst sofas we had ever sat on and you need the original packaging to return them . There is simply no way to get comfortable at all !!!!! We enquired about returning them but obviously they make it difficult to do so . So avoid these sofas at all costs they are terrible !!!!!
