Love getting my fruit and veg box. I have so much ginger, garlic and potatoes left over I’m always giving it away. Switching them up with herbs would be great. Parsley is always useful. Love the fruit we always eat it all

What a fantastic service this is. Friends recommended Funky Food when we moved to Brisbane. I'm blown away by not only by how much you get for your money but the quality of the veg is great and lasts for ages. We get the big Funkilicious Box and it lasts our family of 4 for 2 weeks or more. Keep up the great work guys!

But I received staple vegetables and fruit that everybody would be happy using in a wide range of recipes. And as well, a range of things I wouldn't normally use - but which I was very happy to have because they'll help me diversify my diet. For example, beets and persimmons. OVERALL The quality of the produce I received was great. A few fruit items needed to ripen a bit longer, but there was so much in the box that this was actually a blessing in disguise. I ordered the two-person box which should last a week. But there is so much in it that it will last us longer than a week. I give Funky Food 10/10 based on my first experience.

I have received 4 boxes so far, and the first two boxes were great. However the 3rd box included the one I specifically ordered not to include, and the last one included a rotten potato. It was very disappointing so I canceled my subscription.

I love everything about this team. The rescue of perfectly good food from waste, the options and quality they deliver EVERY SINGLE TIME, the absolute transparency in the way they run their company ( and report it to their customers) and their desire and constant request for feedback on how they are doing and what needs to change. I have a fortnightly subscription and I could not be happier with the quality and “stay fresh” of their products. Do yourself and the environment a favour and try these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Food is soo fresh, variety, a bit of everything. Delivery is tracked and notification is sent via text once delivered. Company communication is really good. The only down is that you don't know what you will receive each delivery and how much. So it can get a little challenging with meal planning. But I'm even getting used to that. Very happy with the service and quality.

We really like the boxes but it’s hard to eat whatever we find inside. It would be much better if we could at least give our preferences for the content. Like no potatoes or oranges. No bananas but more apples etc

A brilliant service - reducing waste and delivering beautiful fruit/vegetables/salad weekly at a great price. We get everything we need (and more) in a box for two adults and two very small children, and we like the fact that there are lots of standard everyday items for our family (e.g. apples/oranges/potato/pumpkin/ginger/garlic/greens/lettuce/tomato etc.) plus a few different/special items including anything from lovely grapes, mangoes, stonefruit and things like eggplant and spaghetti sqaush. We are eating more fruit/veg/salad than before and challenge ourself to use up our box (we get the smaller one - which is lots!) each week. Excellent value for money and delivered to the door, much better price/value and quality than the supermarket (things don't go off or wilt immediately) and we no longer buy these items at the supermarket. Highly recommend.

I love funky food, I find it very affordable and extremely convenient. Me and my kids love "fruit box day" we spend the afternoon opening it together, and we all love a different surprise each week. We have definetly tried different fruit and vegetables since starting to use funky food. I have used foods that I would of never bought because I don't like trying new things but it was in our box and so we tried things and now we eat a new range of healthy options I wouldn't of tried on my own. Me and the kids spend the night food prepping and chopping everything up for the week and vaccum sealing everything to make the weekdays easier. I tried going back to our local fruit and veg store for a couple of weeks and was just unsatisfied, so we came back to funky food.

We love our Funky Foods. Great value for money, the quality and variety of the produce we have been receiving is terrific. Love the convenience of having it delivered fortnightly, our delivery drivers have been so friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that we are helping the farmers and are able to hand back the boxes and ice packs to be reused.

I like the element of surprise in it; the good variety of veg and fruit. having the lot delivered to the door is very convenient. Saves us time on shopping. After starting with funky we defiantly use larger variety of veg in our cooking, found new favourite recipes. Would defiantly recommend.

Price is great for the amount of fruit and veg you get in the box. Products are fresh and delicious.

I am so very happy I started using Funky Fruit. Their fruit and veggies are wonderful, sometimes there's things in the box I'd never buy and because it's there I've been able to try new things. The price is absolutely fantastic. Delivery is wonderful, even throughout the Qld summer everything was delivered cold and fresh. I buy a large box every week and won't be stopping. At Christmas I ordered boxes as gifts for people and they loved them too. Excellent company excellent service excellent produce.

I really love the quality and freshness of every box that I’ve received. There is diversity in every box and the surprise of what I may receive makes me more creative in how I use the produce. I also love the minimal packaging and convenience of receiving my boxes. What a wonderful concept to reduce waste that would otherwise go to landfill. Keep up the fantastic work!!!!
