Renewal, including change of details, was very straightforward - and price increase had been kept to a minimum.

Last year my quote went up almost 50% and was told it was because of my boiler being older than 10 years. I since replaced this with a brand new one. However the quote was not reduced when the details were updated. Instead I'm given a reason that "other risk factors may be included in the risk assessment". Nothing has changed and they refused to tell me the "other factors". So not telling me the truth at all as the major risk factor was mitigated with no reduction in fee.
