Online the course outlines are good. The instant follow up is very helpful to keep your focus. Helen, that made contact with me was brilliant from start to finish; explaining how the set up works, she had a very good knowledge of each of the courses and was very personal and understanding in assisting me to choose the correct course and level , her ability to answer any questions or deal with any issues promptly and accurately was a breath of fresh air. I will be recommending friends to liaise with her .

It was really easy to arrange a time with the enrollment team and Clare Bate spoke to me and helped me with the whole process taking me through the course options, the enrollment steps and through the induction on the portfolio as well. I would feel confident asking for help and support from Clare where needed as i continue theough the course and she made signing up stress free.

I’ve taken courses in Health and Nutrition, Understanding Domestic Abuse and Counselling Skills with Free Courses in England. The sign-up process is simple, and the system for submitting work is really easy to use. Feedback comes after every module, with the option to call or email if you need extra support. The courses are clear, informative and give you confidence in what you’re learning. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to build their knowledge and skills.

Initially really good but unfortunately through Ill health I couldn’t keep up with the course work . I explained this but want given any more time and had to pay back £100 or face the threat of debt collection. I can prove why I was delayed but they weren’t interested.

Not easy to find an available course or get in touch with anyone , it says the courses I want are not funded at moment but advertise that they are , very confusing

I wasn't able to join the course due to my workload, but I was speaking with Kelly and she sorted out my issues asap! Super helpful and very friendly.

It was quite a lengthy course, but I wanted to complete what I had started. The experience was different, as I have never done anything like this before. I had very little contact with a tutor and had to redo some of my answers when I was wrong. Even though it was rather challenging, I was so happy to have learned so much about the course I had chosen. It has changed how I help my children with the mental health issues they have (which are not yet diagnosed), and it also helped me learn more about myself and my own mental challenges. I really appreciate doing this course and everything I've learned from it.

Very disappointed as after going through the whole application process I was rejected due to no funding. I feel very mislead and it wasted my time.
