Online the course outlines are good. The instant follow up is very helpful to keep your focus. Helen, that made contact with me was brilliant from start to finish; explaining how the set up works, she had a very good knowledge of each of the courses and was very personal and understanding in assisting me to choose the correct course and level , her ability to answer any questions or deal with any issues promptly and accurately was a breath of fresh air.
