Really love Fragrance Direct, use mostly at Christmas time to buy gifts for members of my family and friends. A great range of women's and mens fragrances to choose from and excellent prices! Delivery is fast and usually within a couple of days. I wouldn't shop for my fragrances anywhere else.

I bought some fragrance off this website, Unfortunately, they were no longer wanted and I initiated a return. It was returned on 17th October, 3 weeks and 2 days ago and they still have not processed my return. I was originally told to wait 5-10 businesses days and then after 2 weeks, told to wait a further 5-8 business days for an investigation and have just been given no contact and not given my money back since ( order 696409492)

Great value, Great product

Delivery was expected between 11:55 and 14:55 on 27 Oct but delivery was at 18:02. I work nights and it was just lucky that I was napping and heard the courier knock the door
