Got exactly what I wanted
I bought some fragrance off this website, Unfortunately, they were no longer wanted and I initiated a return. It was returned on 17th October, 3 weeks and 2 days ago and they still have not processed my return. I was originally told to wait 5-10 businesses days and then after 2 weeks, told to wait a further 5-8 business days for an investigation and have just been given no contact and not given my money back since ( order 696409492)
