Moe took care of me with what I came in for real initially came in for while giving me options. Ended up helping a friend of mine find a cologne too. Prices were A+!
As a long time user of the product I ordered, I was very disappointed to receive the wrong product. I ordered Joico medium styling gel, but was sent Firm styling gel which I did not order.

I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. When I contacted them they responded quickly and offered me a credit or refund back on the card that was charged. They did not refund the $8.75 shipping charge on the order. So, it cost me $8.75 to order from them and get nothing.
Lie, cheat, steal. Shame on you!! Cologne was $21 but you charged $106. Disgusting!
