I would like to share my feedback on the IT Support Industry Master class . My IT Trainer Haider Ali delivered an excellent workshop covering ITIL/ITSM fundamentals, infrastructure monitoring, and Jira ticketing systems. His approach combined clear explanations with practical hands-on exercises, especially in Jira, which made the concepts easy to understand and apply. The session gave valuable insights into key IT service processes like incident, Service Request, problem, and change management. Overall, a well-structured and engaging workshop that has strengthened my knowledge and confidence in IT service management.
