Your price was better than Liquor Brothers, so I gave you a try. With the other guys, my package was sent to my secured Luxer shipment locker in my apartment. No need to be present for a signature. Not with you. I had to pickup my package off site. Because the shipper couldn't deliver when I was actually home.

Service and responses to emails were timely. What dropped one star was your use of FedEx as a shipper. I realize you have no control over the package once the shipper has it but you do have a choice on which shipper. FedEx told me 3 days in a row my package was out for delivery before they actually delivered. This is not the only time FedEx has screwed up deliveries. I now try to buy from companies that don’t use FedEx.

I have been skeptical to buy bourbon online. I picked out two of my favorite bottles I have been looking for and could not find. I found them on Folsom for a very far price. I paid for two day shipping because I thought well if I am getting taken might as well go all in. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a shipping confirmation. With in two days I received my bourbon professionally packaged and I couldn't have been happier. I am one extremely excited/satisfied customer. The only thing that makes me nervous is I am bragging to everyone about how great a job Folsom did now I am worried that everyone will find my secret bourbon source.

It took a lot longer than expected. Was suppose to arrive sooner than it did. Pretty spendy as well but it's my husband's favorite and I couldn't find it anywhere else.
