The order and shipment was an acceptable amount of time. The one thing I would have like to seen is what carrier they where going use up front. If I would have known. I would have had them ship straight to the UPS store. Instead I gambled and missed my drop and had to change my delivery to the UPS store. I may have overlooked the carrier service as well. No big deal. Great service and updates

When they had 10 of the 12 bottles that were ordered of an allocated bourbon they called and presented an agreeable solution if the order could not be completely fullfilled by the end of the day, they searched and were able to completely fulfill the order and ship. The bottles were packaged so well. Excellent job. The contents was exactly what I wanted and couldn’t get locally. Had a little trouble with delivery but that wasn’t Flask Fine Wine’s fault. We live rurally and a trip to deliver is out of the way. But we received the package and we were thrilled!
There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete. Thank you so much Peter!
