I live in Napa, so I hate having wine shipped to me. Redundant AF. But Flask's selection of wines from outside my little grape heaven wore down my defenses. Plus, they made it really easy.

I appreciate the responsiveness. I was fortunate enough to try a Californian Amaro (Lo-Fi Gentian) when in the area in the Summer '21 and assumed that I could buy from a local chain home in Chicago. I love Flask! I have always had a fabulous experience shopping with them and my bottles always arrive quickly and safely!

I ordered a bottle of Whiskey 10 days ago and I paid more for two days shipping but still I didn’t get it.

These people know their wines. Able to steer me to a different wine when I tell them what I am looking for. And to give me price options from $15. To $3,000 a bottle.

Everyone I spoke with either by phone or email was nice. There was some issue with a third party shipping vendor. I get that things happen, but I received absolutely nothing for my trouble. I would have expected after almost a month to get a coupon, expedited shipping (preferred) or something to show that Flask cares. The package arrived fine, meaning nothing broke. But whoever packaged this clearly couldn't have cared less. I believe there was also some kind of literature I was supposed to receive that I did not. This order is my first in a subscription, and honestly I cannot see a reason to continue being a subscriber unless SOMEONE steps up and advocates for the customer

I like the bourbon, but I did not like the high fees for shipping this item to Ohio. Hopefully your product will become available in our state soon.
