Everyone I spoke with either by phone or email was nice. There was some issue with a third party shipping vendor. I get that things happen, but I received absolutely nothing for my trouble. I would have expected after almost a month to get a coupon, expedited shipping (preferred) or something to show that Flask cares. The package arrived fine, meaning nothing broke. But whoever packaged this clearly couldn't have cared less. I believe there was also some kind of literature I was supposed to receive that I did not. This order is my first in a subscription, and honestly I cannot see a reason to continue being a subscriber unless SOMEONE steps up and advocates for the customer
